I hereby request and authorise you to draw against my account the payment of the monthly instalment in respect of the subscription due by me for monthly membership of Durban Country Club.

I understand that the withdrawals hereby authorised will be processed by computer through a system known as the ACB Magnetic Tape Service and that the details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement.

I agree to pay any bank charges relating to this debit order instruction.

This authority may be cancelled by me, provided I give Durban Country Club one month's written notice to be received no later than the first working day of the month. I acknowledge that this cancellation will only be activated once I receive written confirmation from Durban Country Club acknowledging receipt of my cancellation. I understand that I shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this authority was in force, if such payments were legally owing to you.

Receipt of this instruction by you shall be regarded as receipt thereof by my bank (whichever it is or will be).

All annual membership subscription fees are due by 31st December 2024 for the
2025 membership year. Memberships are annual, running from 1st January to
31st December 2025, with no monthly memberships available.

Full Golf annual subscriptions include access to Tennis, Squash, Swimming Pool
facilities, Padel Nation club membership, unlimited green fees, and complimentary balls on the Driving Range.

Social Membership subscriptions include access to Tennis, Squash, Swimming Pool
facilities, and Padel Nation club membership.

An entrance fee of R60,000 applies to all new Golf Member applications, excluding Minor,
Junior, and Associate categories. An entrance fee of R30,000 applies to all new
International Member applications.

Social Members and Visitors are permitted to play a maximum of six (6) rounds per annum,
and only when accompanied by a Golf Member. All guests must always be accompanied by a member.

Only Full Golf Members are eligible to be handicapped at Durban Country Club.

Members join at their own risk, and the Club is not responsible for any factors beyond its control
that might affect the utilization of its facilities. Members agree to abide by the rules and regulations
outlined in the DCC Constitution & Code of Conduct.

The Club reserves the right to amend rates, peak/off-peak times, and other terms as necessary.

The Investec SA Open Championship will be held at Durban Country Club from
27th February to 2nd March 2025, with the course closed to Members from
19th February to 3rd March 2025.

The annual Spring Treatment will take place in September/October (dates to be confirmed),
and the course may be closed for up to two weeks.

Membership applications may be subject to a credit check, waitlist, and board approval. Upon acceptance,
members must visit the Club in person to finalize their application. Applications require a Proposer and
Seconder, along with details of five supporting members.

Applicants confirm they have been informed about the differences in membership classes and pricing and
have selected their membership without undue influence or pressure.

All monthly members will be double debited on the first debit run.

By agreeing to these terms, members confirm their understanding and acceptance of the rules and
regulations set out by Durban Country Club.
